Phantom is a 1 year old Black Lab mix. Phantom was one of many lab mixes taken in by GARD after an owner neglected to spay and neuter his dogs, resulting in having multiple litters and too many dogs for him to handle. Phantom is a fun and playful guy. He takes some time getting used to new environments, so some patience will be needed when he comes home. He loves other dogs and is playful. He is a real goof ball! He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, will be micro chipped, and heart worm negative.
